Refund Policy

Our standard return policy lasts for 14 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or intentionally damaged
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted (4-7 days). If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at contact@mea-culpa-beanie.com.

Exchanges

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us by clicking here.
